Les questions de ce journaliste hetero normé manquent clairement de délicatesse et on dirait vraiment au vue des ces questions qu'il a regardé un film érotique sur deux femmes et ses propos sont par moment abjects. Ces mots comme oldschool, inactuel, on peut voir du sexe etc mon dieu mais d'où sort ce journaliste qui n'a rien compris au film mais en fait une lecture basique et bof. Dire que ce film est inactuel car au 18e siècle alors que le sujet de ce film peut encore se transposer encore maintenant sur certains points. Les films avec des histoires d'amour entre femmes sont totalement invisibles en France et si on parle de la vie d'Adele où les scenes étaient crues là encore c est hetero norme et fait pour les mecs qui veulent s'exciter. La représentation des femmes homosexuelles au cinéma sont soient parodiques et clichés (Pedale douce) ou qui manque de sensualité ou tragique. Cette interview est clairement faite pour mettre mal à l'aise Adèle Haenel. Dès la 1ère question où le journaliste attend d'Adele qu'elle parle de sa relation personnelle avec Céline Sciamma. Elle se sent blessée par cette question baisse les yeux et entre la 1ere et 2e question on la voit renifler donc qqch s'est passée en elle. Elle vient parler de ce film qui est magnifique avec des lectures diverses mais plus l interview avance plus les questions sont médiocres et totalement à côté de la plaque. Adèle élève le niveau par ses réponses mais a dû mal à se concentrer et on voit bien qu'elle ne va pas bien. Les autres journalistes hommes ne font rien pour rattraper les choses. C'est absolument minable. On dirait une bande de potes mecs hetero venus pour faire leurs graveleux. Le journaliste n'a rien compris à ce film bien plus subtil qui se résume bien plus qu'à une seule scène érotique. C'est un film politique qui pose la place de la femme contrainte au mariage à un système... C'est vraiment honteux. Bravo France inter vous devenez des journaleux du Parisien. Aucune classe... décidément de plus en plus déçue par France Inter.

What a wonderful movie. In my mind I am still walking on the beach with Marianne and Héloïse. The acting performance of the two leading actrices Noémi Merlant and Adèle Haenel is superb. There are also very beautiful woman to look at, especially Merlant is one of the most gorgeous looking actrices I have ever seen.
Although I am a hetero man, I was totally involved with the moving love affair between Marianne and Héloïse.
I did read a lot of reviews about this film, which were almost all very praising. And I was already enchanted after seeing the trailer at the cinema.
I went to see the movie in a very small theatre of a small cinema. But there was no seat anymore left for this true masterpiece. The public was very quiet during the presentation of the film. This is always a good sign. It is actually a shame that these kind of movies are not shown on a big stage. However, it is perhaps even better to see 'Portrait de la jeune fille en feu' in an intimate environment.
I was moved the whole way long, and especially the end was so strong and left me and a lot of people in tears.
This is by far the best movie that I did see this year 2019 (and it is already november. followed in my list of movies that I have seen at the cinema by 2) Green Book; 3) Roma; 4) Hors normes; 5) Dolor y gloria; 6) The Wild Pear Tree; 7) If Beale Street Could Talk; 8) Ad Astra; 9) Arctic; 10) Parasite. br> So leave your house and try to see this marvellous painting of a movie at the cinema, because the cinematography and beautiful 'painted shots' are so much better to admire there than at home.

This movie is a masterpiece. No overtalking, silence, subtle gestures, but you feel the great tension between characters. Love it. Wait a minute, is this from a movie or short film. Please where can I watch. What a beautiful movie, with mainly female cast/characters, of which all are stellar in their performance - the movie touched me deeply. Also the costumes were impeccable, I went to 18th Century France for two hours and got to feel the desire and passion that fuel this unique love story. It will stay with me for a long time - thank you. Celines rollercoaster sounds were so cute LOL LOVE HER.
